As consultants working with timeframe, a call center headquartered in Germany, we have been entrusted with the responsibility of analyzing potential internal communication challenges as part of the company's corporate identity change after more than two decades. Our primary objective is to develop a robust internal communication campaign that will enhance employee retention rates during this transformative period. Additionally, following extensive research on our target external stakeholders, we have also had the opportunity to create an external communication campaign aimed at attracting a larger amount of qualified applicants to join the company.
