Global Communications at Coty

At Coty, I work as a Global Communications Assistant within the Corporate Affairs team, supporting internal communications that reach over 12,000 employees across global markets. My work spans strategic content creation, executive messaging, and platform engagement. I’ve contributed to Coty’s transition from Workplace to Viva Engage by co-developing communication plans, onboarding materials, and engagement strategies. I also support messaging for high-level corporate moments - such as Global Town Halls, Earnings, and the Comms Connect event - ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and strengthening Coty’s internal brand voice across regions and functions.

Managed internal content on Coty’s internal platform
(Workplace & Viva Engage), delivering strategic updates and campaigns, most notably #UndefineBeauty, to elevate Coty’s voice and strengthen internal engagement.

Led content development for C-level communications during Coty’s key corporate moments (e.g. Global Town Halls, Quarterly Earnings, CAGNY), aligning messaging with executive priorities and enterprise-wide engagement goals.
